I’ve been waiting for years to get this shot. We laugh at the fake deer whenever we walk down Hoffman Road and we see real deer all the time in the woods and some day we said, we will see them both together.

What a great shot. I’ve wondered for years what the real dear think when they see the fake ones. Do they get it that it’s a depiction of them or are they totally uninterested or insulted.
I think the real deer think, what is that pile of sticks? OR Could it be the way I feel when I see a life-size blow up doll? Come to think of it, I don’t think I have ever seen a life-size blow up doll. But if I do see one I will be sure to be mighty insulted. Or maybe dress said doll in a parka and hiking boots and hat. And set by the side of the road to wave at as I pass by… Got to get a coffee
