We heard this guy from a distance and he sounded great. He sounded great up close as well and I loved how he set himself up in the middle of East Avenue. We went into Christ Church to hear one of the English bands and when we came out a half hour later this guy was playing exactly the same beat at the same tempo.

  1. He was good. As for Christ Church, I cannot watch any artist in there. The sound is atrocious. I saw three songs of Andrew McCormick (?) before bailing. The drummer rode his cymbals the entire time and in that cavern it washed out everything including the piano which was the principal instrument. A totally amateur move in that environ. Ugh.
