MAN FOUND DEAD
"Patrick Tierney's Body Found in Stone Street Boarding House This Morning"
"The dead body of Patrick Tierney, aged 45 or 50 years, was found dead in his room at the boarding house at 49 Stone Street at 9 o'clock this morning.
The discovery was made by C. F. Werden, a fellow roomer.
Officers from the second precinct notified Coroner Killip, who ordered the remains removed to the morgue, where an autopsy will be performed to learn the cause of death.
The body was in a badly decomposed condition when found. Nothing was found in the room to indicate that the man took his life."

This must have been a very lonely ending for Patrick,
His Father died in 1900, his oldest Sister, who was unmarried, died in 1901, his Brother Edward had 11 children was living in the City, his Brother John T., was unmarried and was an inmate of Monroe County Alms House from 1900, was living but in no position to offer comfort, his Brother James J. is lost in our records, he was last identified in 1900, the year his father died. And Mary Tierney his married Sister, Mrs. John Coyle, died in 1906.
Patrick had no one who cared..............?
Only Edward looks strong enough to Help...................Did He......?
