Living In The Cloud

I’ve always kept scrapbooks. Who doesn’t? And I have a whole shelf full of them that won’t make any sense to anyone when I’m gone. They make sense to me and I’m still here so I put one online. Eventually I will have all my photos on Flickr, my movies on YouTube, my sign collection on Tumblr and my scrapbooks on Issuu. What am I forgetting?

  1. Paul — I really enjoy your blog. It keeps me up to speed on art, music, and Rochester. Your scrapbook makes sense to me. It’s likely different sense then it makes to you but it’s sense nonetheless.

  2. Martin, those weren’t ads, exactly, that pop up on the iPad, they were Issuu’s so-called related content. I think they would disappear if I paid for my participation at Issuu. At this point Issuu’s page turning, 3D-like, eBook look only shines with Flash installed on your machine. It doesn’t even fail gracefully on the iPad.
