The South Wedge is really coming up. Despite how many times we have heard that over the past fifty years there is some evidence – like this second hand luxury goods store, FOMO, and now, two fine chocolate stores and new coffee shop. We left our car and walked up to visit our friend, Pete, on the seventh floor of Highland. Pete probably rehabbed more homes in the South Wedge than anyone else when he ran Monacelli Construction.
